WCDS Range
West Coast Driving strongly believes in the incorporation of a range concept
for enrolled Segment I students.
The range allows students to independently practice the road skills
and parking skills that are required to pass the test for a Level II License.
West Coast Driving is the only school in southwestern Michigan
which features a state-certified range.
Students gain confidence by being responsible for independent decisions while on the range.
Students have the opportunity to practice the "Y-turn" - a reverse parking task which is included
on the state test.
Students will repeatedly practice perpendicular, angle,
and parallel parking
in a low-risk environment
